Estatimate price points for properties and its accuracy depends on Builder, Location and availability of property data that is with estateace.com. We try to be our best to be accurate in predicting the final cost a home buyer will likely pay for a property.

 Estatimate cost varies depending on Location, Builder and can even vary from builder to builder with in the same locality. Data presented on the website for a property estimate using estatimate price can be outdated sometimes due to the fact that property has been sold or not updated by Builder more recently it is up to the home buyer to check the accuracy of the estatimate price for the listed property with the builder.

PLC costs, EDC/IDC charges and many factors to derive the approximate cost of buying a home.

PLC (Preferred Location Charge) – Buyers will be charged extra by the Builder for an Apartment or flat that has a better location with in the complex or Layout.
PLC cost is included in this estatimate pricing, if not opting for PLC, your Total Cost will be less.

Service Tax can be levied for an Under Construction property only on the Construction Service provided by Builder, for calculation purpose 25 % of total purchase price is consider as the construction cost and thereby Service tax applied in estatimate pricing.

Registration Charges is considered as 1 % and Stamp Duty as 5.5 % of the total market price quoted by Builder in the pricing of estimates, But actual Government price for location will be dependent on Guidance Value so it can be lower or even higher. Accordingly your estimates for final cost will differ.

All the Costs including Car parking, Generator, Legal, Maintenance, Home Insurance, Club membership and others is dependent on Builder decision to charge the buyers.
